Nashville Songwriters Association International - NSAI Indy

The Nashville Songwriters Association International is a not-for-profit trade association for songwriters. And while we are proud of the "Nashville" in our name, we have become a NATIONAL songwriters organization with chapters in more than 100 cities working with songwriters in EVERY GENRE OF MUSIC.

Established in 1967 by professional songwriters in Nashville, NSAI now numbers more than 5,000 members worldwide. NSAI exists to serve as the advocate for the songwriting profession in Washington, D.C., and on the international, state and local levels. We provide guidance and education on both the craft and the business of songwriting. We also provide opportunities to network with, and learn from, music industry professionals.

The Indy chapter of NSAI holds meetings every 3rd Saturday at the Lawrence Public Library. Contact Rhonda Thomas about attending.
